Livingston Library Community,
Are you looking for assistance using your smartphone, tablet or other device? Are you interested in learning how you can access the Library’s digital collections and borrow books and audiobooks through Libby or Hoopla? Do you have another specific technology related question?
The Livingston Public Library is happy to offer a one-on-one Tech Help program for those with specific technology related questions. Tech Help is available by appointment only. Appoints are 30 minutes long and provide assistance in:
- Operating smartphones, tablets, e-readers, and other tech devices
- Accessing our digital library through Hoopla and Libby
- How to use Social Media, Internet Browsing, Microsoft Suite, or Google Drive
You can request a Tech Help appointment through the Library’s website or by calling the Reference Desk at 973-992-4600.
The Library is also excited to announce the return of Teen Techie Tutors! Teen Techie Tutors pairs Seniors with teen volunteers from Livingston High School, who offer Seniors assistance with their electronic devices. Teen Techie Tutors will next be in the Library on Friday, May 19th at 3pm following Senior Happening.
If you are looking for more resources, the Library also has a large collection of computer books. We invite you to browse the collection the next time you visit the Library!
Best,
Amy Babcock, Director
