Did you know May is National Mental Health Awareness Month? 1 in 5 U.S. adults and  1 in 6 U.S. youth aged 6-17 experience mental illness each year according to the National Alliance on Mental illness. Especially during the coronavirus pandemic, widespread hardship has caused many people to struggle with mental health.
