Livingston Library Community, 

Here at the Livingston Library we are proud to be a place that brings the community together. That’s why I am overjoyed to announce that the Livingston High School Jazz Band, under the direction of James Hegedus, will make its 22nd annual appearance at the Livingston Public Library’s Senior Happening on Friday, May 3rd at 1pm. 

It is always a special treat to see the hard work the Jazz Band students have put into their performance as well as the great wealth of musical talent they possess.  While the performance begins at 1 pm, Seniors are invited to arrive at 12 pm for coffee and dessert served by Friends of the Library volunteers and conversation with friends and neighbors before the start of the show. 

Senior Happening is made possible in part by funds from the Essex County Division of Cultural Affairs, a partner of the New Jersey State Council on the Arts. Registration is required and may be done so on the Library’s website, by phone, or in-person. 

We hope to see you at our May Senior happening!
