Livingston Library Community,

Are you a writer who is  looking for some guidance when it comes to pursuing publication? On Tuesday, October 17th at 7pm, the Livingston Public Library invites you to join us in the Library’s Technology Room for a Literary Publication Crash Course taught by The Writers Circle.

During this workshop, participants will learn the basics of submitting short works for publication, including writing a cover letter, drafting a biography, finding target publications, monitoring submissions, and dealing with both rejection and acceptance.

Participants will also engage in interactive exercises designed to meet the goals of the program in a positive, supportive atmosphere. Although not all participants are guaranteed a chance to share their work during the program, everyone will participate, engage, and learn.

Registration is required for this workshop and may be done so on the Library’s event calendar. We hope to see you there!

Best,

Amy Babcock, Director
