Livingston Library Community,

Come beat the summer heat and join us in the Library’s program room on Sunday, July 14th at 2pm for a Music Matters Concert featuring classical music pianist Larysa Maliutina.

Born into a family of musicians in Donetsk, Ukraine, Larysa studied at the Donetsk Musical Academy, then at the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music and the Petrozavodsk State Conservatory. She was awarded Laureate in all-Ukrainian, all-Russian, and international music competitions. Larysa performed solo and as part of an ensemble and orchestra in Ukraine, Russia, and Finland. She worked at the Waldor School “Family Way” (Moscow), the children’s theater studio “The Sound of Music” (Petrozavodsk), and also taught at the Petrozavodsk Conservatory.

We are excited to welcome Larysa to the Livingston Public Library and are confident you will enjoy this musical experience. Registration is not required for this event; all are welcome to attend! Music Matters Concerts are sponsored by the Friends of the Livingston Library. You can learn more about how the Friends support the Library here

We hope to see you at this summer concert!

Best,

Amy Babcock, Director
