Livingston Library Community,

Are you looking for ways in which you can embrace the seasons through your cooking?

We invite you to join us with Library Chef on Tuesday, April 8th at 7:30pm for a special class on Seasonal Eating and Ayurveda. During this class, the Library Chef’s guest nutritionist will explain the Ayurvedic practice of eating with the seasons. We will also discover how aligning your diet with nature’s rhythms can boost your overall health and well being. Registration is required for this virtual event. You can learn more about how you can register through the Library’s event calendar

Are you looking for more seasonal eating inspiration? Livingston Library cardholders have access to New York Times Cooking which contains diverse recipes for at home chefs of every level. Some recipes you can look forward to cooking up this spring include Mustard Salmon with Spring Vegetable Stew, Spring Tofu Soup, and Crunchy Spring Iceberg Salad just to name a few! You can learn more about how you can access NYT Cooking, through the Library’s website

All the best,

Amy Babcock, Director
