It can be argued that one of the best things about the holiday season is the yummy food that we get to enjoy!  However, as we indulge in sweet treats and savory dishes you may be concerned about maintaining your health goals.  

On Monday, December 7th at 7 PM local Livingston ShopRite dietitian Allie Sanderson will be joining us on Zoom to present an informative presentation on Holiday Nutrition. In this lecture Sanderson will show you tips and tricks to both enjoy the flavors of the season while keeping your health in mind! 

Registration is required for this event and can be done so on the Library’s event calendar.
