Livingston Library Community,

Celebrate the start of summer and International Yoga Day here at the Livingston Public Library! On Wednesday, June 21st at 11am join us in the Library’s program room for Summer Solstice Yoga!

During this one hour yoga class, we will practice various yoga poses while becoming aware of the many physical and spiritual benefits to yoga. Summer Solstice Yoga is suitable for adults of all abilities, and modifications for those with limitations will be provided. Registration is required to reserve your spot. You can register and learn more about the event on the Library’s calendar

If you are interested in learning more about how you can incorporate yoga into your daily life, we invite you to stop by the library and browse our Yoga and Wellness collection. Here you will find books and DVDs to help on your yoga journey this summer!

We can’t wait to see you at the Library!

Best,

Amy Babcock, Director
