Expand Your Business with LPL

Expand Your Business with LPL

Livingston Library Community,

The Livingston Public Library values and supports the small businesses that make up our community. If you own or are thinking about starting a business, we invite you to join us at the Livingston Public Library on Thursday, November 4th at 6:30pm for an informational workshop on Making Connections: Resources for Small Businesses Startups and Entrepreneurs. During this workshop, Bill Carson of Data Axle will show you how you can expand both the services your business provides as well as your marketing skills.

This workshop will show business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs how they can use the Data Axle database (formerly Reference USA and available to you with your Livingston Library card!) to both improve and expand their business. Some key points to be covered include:

  • Identifying the ideal geography of potential customers
  • Learning who your key contacts are
  • Researching company competitor information
  • View market trends
  • Uncover B2B and B2C sale trends

This program is also our first in-person program to take place in the Library’s new Technology Programming Room located behind the reference desk. Registration is not required for this event. So stop by and learn something new!

Best,

Amy Babcock, Director

Note: All participants will be expected to follow current CDC guidelines.
