This is one of my favorite books, and it takes place down the shore in Lavalette! This novel follows the story of Quinn who is spending the summer at her aunt’s beach house. What makes this novel even better is that Quinn’s aunt is a librarian!

The Ebb Tide by Beverly Lewis {A2A0BDC4-4618-48BF-BF22-B7F2F4B8F61F}Img100

In this piece of Amish fiction, Lewis takes the reader out of the Pennsylvania Dutch County and down to Cape May, NJ.  It mentions local sights and areas that will have you reminiscing about searching for “cape may diamonds” and strolling past the Victorian homes.
