Everyday Can Be CATSurday

Cats the Movie is currently in theaters.  While you patiently wait for it to become available to check out from the library, there are many other ways for you to enjoy the cat-tastic tale and phenomenon.  Did you know that the musical was based off of T.S. Elliot’s poem Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats?  The Livingston Public Library has a copy that you can check out. This short book is only 56 pages and is a great way to get a jump start on your 2020 reading challenge goals.  You can also borrow The Complete Poems and Plays by T.S. Elliot as an ebook via Hoopla for on the go reading.  If you’re looking for something that you can dance around and serenade your friends with, you can also borrow the soundtrack from the 1983 musical production as well as a DVD of one of the original performances.  With your library card, the magic of “Cats” awaits! -Jessica, Adult Services Librarian
